The Client authorizes the Brokerage Firm to execute orders
on their behalf and to make investment decisions in accordance with the Client's
instructions.
The Client acknowledges that all investments involve risks,
including the potential loss of capital. The Client is responsible for making
investment decisions and is aware of the associated risks.
The Client agrees to pay all fees and commissions as
specified by the Brokerage Firm for the services provided, which may include
transaction fees, management fees, and other charges.
The Brokerage Firm shall maintain the confidentiality of the
Client's personal and financial information in accordance with applicable laws
and regulations.
